王炳黎,一九五〇年生,国家一级美术师。现为中国书画研究院艺委会理事,中国中外名人文化研究会理事,陕西省书画培训学院特邀画家,中国计量学院。浙江科技学院艺术系客座教授,浙江海纳中国画画院副院长。

一九七三年始师从长安画派代表人物方济众先生。一九八六年在陕西省国画院研修。作品多次参加国内外展出并获奖,荣获『中国书画家百杰』称号。二〇〇五年出版由中国美协美术杂志社主办的《中国优秀美术家丛书王炳黎画集》;二〇〇七年,由中国文联出版社出版《中国名家画集王炳黎卷》;二〇〇八年入编由文化部文化艺术人才中心编辑的《一〇〇位艺术大家山水画艺术经典卷》;二〇〇九年入编由光明日报社主办出版的《和谐中国当代著名画家作品集》;二〇一一年入编中国图书出版社出版的《大家风范名家八人山水集》。二〇一四年中国邮政出版传世名家名作专题邮票王炳黎作品珍藏版;世界文艺杂志社出版《大国艺术——艺术大家二人行刘文西王炳黎作品辑》。二〇二二年出版《荣宝斋期刊推荐艺术家——王炳黎》画集。二〇二三年,由人民政协报社出版《画界》当代中国书画名家王炳黎作品选;河北美术出版社出版的中国高等艺术院校名师教学范本《王炳黎山水画作品选》。二O二三年北京荣宝斋举办《画为心境、王炳黎山水画展》。

Wang Bingli, born in 1995, is a national first-class artist. Now he is a director of the Art Committee of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, a director of Chinese and Foreign celebrity Culture Research Association, a specially invited painter of Shaanxi Painting and Calligraphy Training Institute, and China Metrology Institute. Visiting professor of Art Department of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, vice president of Zhejiang Haina Chinese Painting Academy.

In 1973, he studied under Mr.Fang Jizhong, a representative figure of the Chang'an School of Painting. In 1986, he studied in the Shaanxi Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting. His works have been exhibited at home and abroad for many times and won awards, and won the title of "Top 100 Chinese Calligraphers and Painters". In 200 years, the book, and the collection of famous Chinese artists, which was published in 200 years. In 2014, China Post published the special stamp of Wang Bingli, and published the collection of works of Liu Wenxi and Wang Bingli. In 2022, he published the collection "—— Wang Bingli". In 2023, the Works of Wang Bingli, the famous Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, is a selection of teaching by Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House.In 2023, Beijing Rongbaozhai held the Painting for the mood, Wang Bingli Landscape Painting Exhibition.
